Our facility offers the accessibility and special accommodations that many of our patients require during their visit to our facility. DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE DENVER OFFICE:

Coming from north of downtown.
 Take I-25 south to the park avenue exit. Make a left on Curtis and then a right back onto Park Avenue Continue to 17th Street and take a left.  You will take your next right onto Lafayette and we are the second building on the left.  Park on the south side of the building in the designated handicap parking spaces only please (special handicap permit is not required).

Coming from south of downtown.
 Take I-25 north to the Lincoln Street exit.  Make a right on 17th St. and take that to Lafayette St.  Make a right on Lafayette and we are the second building on the left.  Park on the south side of the building in the designated handicap parking spaces only please (special handicap permit is not required).

From Colorado Blvd.
 Go west on 17th St.  It will split and turn into 18th St. Continue west on 18th until Lafayette.  Make a left on Lafayette St. and cross over 17th.  We are the second building on the left.  Park on the south side of the building in the designated handicap parking spaces only please (special handicap permit is not required).
